MOL Learn Graduates Hugging

When considering professional development, you need more than just a piece of paper; you need a career changing experience that will help you grow and develop.

Studying with MOL gives you access to unique learning methods and unrivalled customer service, but the highlight of our Level 7 and Master’s programmes is the MOL Graduation Ceremony.

We are delighted to announce that the ceremony will take place on Friday 18th September 2015, from 1pm, at the Mercure Piccadilly hotel in the heart of Manchester.

MOL has now been offering a graduation ceremony for its learners for over ten years. Last year’s event was the biggest yet, with over 200 people in attendance. Attendees heard speeches on the day including Chairman of the British Institute of Learning and Development, David Apparicio.

The ceremony is a fantastic opportunity for you to celebrate your success with your classmates, friends and families.

MOL believes that the hard work and commitment our Master's and Level 7 diploma students have demonstrated throughout their programmes deserves to be commended and celebrated. That is why we offer all our eligible learners the opportunity to graduate.

The graduation ceremony is open to any learner whose grades have been submitted for certification by the end of May 2015:

  • Advanced Diploma in HRM
  • Advanced Diploma in HRD
  • CIPD Professional Development Scheme
  • Professional Assessment of Competence
  • Master’s (MA) in Strategic HR Management & Development
