We have now expanded our offering to include the Level 4 and Level 6 Diplomas in Conveyancing and Probate Law (Recognised by Council of Licensed Conveyancers CLC).
Conveyancing and Probate Law
We are proud to announce that we are now offering nationally recognised qualifications to become a Licensed Conveyancer or a Probate Practitioner licensed by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers. Enrolment is available immediately for the SQA accredited level 4 and level 6 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice and level 4 and level 6 Diploma in Probate Law and Practice. Paul became an estate agent in 1985 after finishing his degree and later owned a successful estate agents in London for 14 years. Sold it in 2002 and joined MOL in 2004 as a tutor on MOL’s property programmes. Soon after, Paul was promoted to Head of the Property Division with responsibility for property training and the writing and development of materials and workbooks for the ‘National Federation of Property Professionals’ qualifications.
