There are 4 units you will complete as part of the Level 3 Award in Residential Lettings & Property Management:
Unit 1: Health and Safety, Security and General Law

Unit 2: Legal Aspects of Letting and Management

Unit 3: Residential Property Letting Practice
You will learn how to carry out the letting of a residential property, including how to deal with landlords & tenants, and the appropriate practices adopted for taking client's instructions, finding tenants and preparing appropriate documentation.
Unit 4: Residential Property Management Practice
You’ll learn how to manage residential property, including how to deal with repair & maintenance, how to appoint contractors related to residential properties, as well as common problems associated with managing residential properties and end of tenancy duties.
