CIPD ACE 2025: Meet the MOL team

With CIPD ACE 2025 fast approaching, Team MOL are gearing up for the biggest event in the HR calendar. 

As usual, we’ll be at the iconic Manchester Central on Wednesday 5 and 6 November – read more here. 

Ahead of the event, we thought it would be useful to introduce the team who’ll be manning our stand (Stand A34) so that you can visit them and ask any questions you have about our HR and L&D qualifications.   

So without further ado, introducing our CIPD ACE 2025 team:

Julie Podesta – Contact Centre Manager 

I am the Contact Centre Manager for MOL.   

I have been part of the MOL team for 3 years but have worked within LTE Group for 23 years! I began my journey working in Total People supporting our Apprenticeship Sales and Recruitment teams and then moved over to MOL. 

A fun fact about me is that I love DIY and when not in work I’m quite often found with a sledgehammer in hand and knocking down walls! 

I am really looking forward to meeting some new learners and new organisations at CIPD ACE and looking at ways that we can support each other... oh and the coffee, cake and goodies!
 

Rebecca Brook – Head of Key Accounts and Transnational Services 

I’ve been with MOL for 18 months now. 

A fun fact about me is that I have two little sausage dogs, who I am utterly obsessed with! 

The thing I like most about ACE is getting the chance to have meaningful conversations with existing partners and meeting new organisations who are committed to developing their people. Events like CIPD ACE remind me how powerful collaboration can be in driving positive change across our industry.
 

John Culshaw – Qualifications Advisor 

My role is Qualifications Advisor and I’ve worked at MOL since 1 April 2019.  

I used to live in the Isle of Man when I was a child. 

I enjoy going to CIPD ACE each year to meet people face to face and to get a chance to see all the other different stands and organisations presenting at the event.
 

Ellen Howard – Qualifications Advisor 

I’m a Qualifications Advisor and have been part of the MOL Learn team for almost six years. I began my journey in the Learner Support team before moving into my current role just over a year ago. 

A fun fact about me is that I’m completely obsessed with the musical Hamilton! 

I am really looking forward to meeting some of our existing learners at CIPD ACE and hearing about how they are progressing on our courses.
