Our Live Online CIPD courses are delivered through interactive webinar sessions led by expert tutors. They combine the accountability and engagement of a classroom environment with the flexibility of studying from home or the office, with no commute required.
Live Online works because it replicates what makes face-to-face learning effective: scheduled contact time, direct access to a tutor, and the ability to discuss and work through problems alongside fellow learners. Sessions are recorded so you can revisit any part of the course at any time, and you have full access to our Virtual Learning Environment between sessions, keeping your studies on track around a full-time working role.

Classroom courses: in-person delivery in London and Manchester
For learners who prefer the focus and energy of a physical learning environment, MOL offers in-person classroom delivery at two training centres: London and Manchester.
Our Manchester training centre is located on Oxford Street in the city centre, a short walk from Oxford Road station and St Peter's Square tram stop, making it straightforward to reach from across Greater Manchester and beyond. Our London centre offers the same in-person workshop experience in one of the UK's most accessible locations for commuters.
In-person sessions are taught by the same experienced, practitioner tutors who deliver our Live Online courses, and learners receive identical access to course resources and tutor support. Full-day workshops are designed to bring the theory behind the course material to life through practical application and group discussion.
