Designed as an introduction to the knowledge and understanding required to work in commercial property agency. Covering the law and practice of commercial agency in England and Wales and based on a syllabus developed by Propertymark/ NAEA Commercial in consultation with the industry.

  • Unit 1: Health and Safety, Security and General Law
  • Unit 2: Practice and Law Relating to Commercial Property Agency
  • Unit 3: Law Relating to Commercial Property
  • Unit 4: Commercial Property and Business Appraisal and Basic Building Construction.

  • Unit 3: Practice and Procedures Relating to Real Property Auctioneering

Designed as an introduction to the knowledge and understanding required in chattels auctioneering. Based on a syllabus developed by a team from Propertymark comprising people practicing in auctioneering and academics with a knowledge of the law and practice of auctioneering.
