CIPD Level 3 Diploma helps Suraj get his foot in the HR door

As an aspiring HR professional, Suraj was on the lookout for a course and qualification to help him get the start he needed in the people profession.

Suraj joined us with no previous experience of working in a HR role and was looking for a career change. Thanks to the great support he received from our tutors and the wide of resources on our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) he completed his studies and succeeded in gaining a role as a HR Administrator.

After taking some time to assess his options, his conversations with our Qualifications Advisors and their knowledge of the course made it clear that MOL was the right option for him.
