CIPD Annual Conference and Exhibition (ACE) is one of our favourite times of the year, so we’re really excited to be going back to the stunning Manchester Central building on Wednesday 8 and Thursday 9 November. We’ll be there with our apprenticeship partner Total People, so we’re hoping to have double the fun!

This year, MOL and Total People - both part of LTE Group - have joined forces to combine our shared experience of delivering professional qualifications and apprenticeships, and we can't wait to meet you!

CIPD ACE brings together the finest minds in HR and organisational Learning & Development, so it’s the perfect place to come and find out the latest trends and developments in the people profession.

The conference itself is always full of great ideas and impassioned debate (which last year led to our blogs on the cost of living crisis, artificial intelligence and remote working). This year the four main streams are:
