MOL to attend ACE 2021 in Manchester

MOL is attending this year’s CIPD Annual Conference and Exhibition (ACE) in Manchester on 3 and 4 November. Our team are looking forward to sharing the programmes we offer and our flexible approach to study to those in the people profession who have, and continue to, play a key role in supporting a working landscape that has seen a dramatic shift over the last 18 months.

Our team will be located at stand K12 throughout the conference, speaking to delegates about MOL’s Human Resources (HR) and Learning and Development (L&D) programmes, and MOL’s role as a CIPD Organisational Delivery Partner and the benefits to employers and their learners. Conference attendees will also have the opportunity to meet our expert tutors as they share their knowledge and answer questions in daily ‘Meet the Tutor’ sessions.

Angela Tracey-Brown, MOL Product Manager – HR, Learning and Innovation, said: “We are excited to be heading back to the iconic Manchester Central for ACE this year. The challenges we have faced due to the pandemic have seen us enter a new way of working across many industries, and the role of people professionals has been key in adapting to those changes. I’m looking forward to hearing from the speakers and discussing with other delegates on how the industry has adapted and what we can expect to see in the next 12 months.”

MOL Programme Advisors will also be on hand to discuss MOL’s suite of professional training programmes including CMI Management and Leadership and APM Project Management qualifications, and HR apprenticeships
