MOL Celebrates 30th Anniversary with New Brand Launch
Tue 11 Nov 2014
Professional learning provider MOL celebrated its 30th year as a market leader by rebranding for the future, reflecting the organisation’s diverse and growing offering.
Establishing itself over the last three decades as a leading provider of HR, leadership and management, property and construction qualifications, MOL has always mirrored the relentless pace of change in industry, and the new brand reinforces the organisation’s ability and desire to evolve.
The new brand was officially launched at the CIPD Annual Conference and Exhibition (ACE) where the new website, www.MOLlearn.com was also revealed.
The landmark anniversary gave Manchester-based futurologist Mike Ryan the chance to take a closer look at what the next 30 years have in store for industry. Mr Ryan claims by 2044 crowdsourcing will be the main method of raising finance, motorways will have a lane for driverless cars, high street banks will be replaced by their virtual counterparts, and education will become a blend of online and “real world” learning.
This last prediction is rooted in reality. Since its establishment MOL has been offering a wide range of professional qualifications, specialising in blended learning methods, including study through bespoke workbooks and support through an innovative virtual learning environment.
MOL has transformed its learning programmes to reflect the changes in industry, remaining relevant and providing its learners with the skills they need in their workplace as they learn, develop and excel beyond their qualification into the future.
After 30 years MOL’s evolution is ongoing as it strives to improve and adapt to the world we inherit, and the new brand puts the organisation in the perfect position to embrace the next three decades.
