MOL strike customer service gold
Professional training provider MOL have been awarded the prestigious Gold Standard Trusted Service Award by global customer review service Feefo.
The award is granted annually and recognises businesses that demonstrate an outstanding service to their customers. Winners are decided based on the ratings they receive through the Feefo platform.
To receive the award, MOL were required to collect a minimum of 50 reviews between 1 January and 31 December 2019, and achieved an average rating of 4.7 out of 5.
All reviews are made available publicly through the Feefo website and monitored to ensure authenticity.
