A Distinction for Nicola

Learner Story: Nicola | CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma

Nicola's CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma set her apart as the only student to gain a distinction in the nationwide Human Resources Certificate exam in September 2016.

Nicola is currently an HR Advisor for The Perfume Shop and has always been motivated by career development. She believes that her CIPD Level 7 Advanced Certificate is providing her with a comprehensive understanding of HR theory, which she can apply to her daily work.

I feel that the diploma has benefitted me in a number of ways and has enabled me to continue to develop myself as an HR professional.

Nicola was the only student to gain an exam distinction out of 222 learners taking the Human Resources Certificate exam nationwide in September 2016. This remarkable achievement speaks volumes about her dedication and understanding of HR practices.

I really enjoy the monthly workshops; it is interesting to gain an insight into other student’s viewpoints and share ideas and initiatives on what has benefitted organisations and what could be considered in the future.

Nicola appreciates the flexibility of MOL's blended learning approach, which allows her to schedule her studies around other commitments. The additional support of monthly workshops has been particularly beneficial for her.
