Natalie

We caught up with Natalie at the glamourous EDA Annual Awards ceremony at London’s Shard, where she picked up a learner’s award from the EDA (Electrical Distributors’ Association). Natalie told us that she started her working life as an apprentice and has worked in internal sales at Newey and Eyre for four years.

"I have always wanted extra training that would help me in my job and Ian, my manager, recommended I try the MOL construction programme. The workbooks are brilliant and can be referred to once they're completed. All the information is very in-depth and interesting. I really like the end projects as you learn things you may have missed the first time over."

Natalie says the course has been a big help to her in the workplace.

"I now feel like I can be of more help to customers and guide them towards the products that will be the most efficient or suitable. I am a lot more confident when it comes to advising customers, and even colleagues, when questions are posed to me."

Over the next year, I want to finish the 10 MOL modules I enrolled on. I'm currently on my 8th. Eventually, I would love to be internal sales manager in a branch.
