MOL learners come from a wide range of professional backgrounds. Some have experience in training and development, or even digital design, but for many this is their first time exploring the world of digital learning.
You’ll need a working knowledge of the English language to benefit fully from the course as all course content, and live virtual classrooms, are delivered in English.
Yes - You can choose one of two routes:
Live Online
- A flexible, self-paced way to study with a clear timetable to keep you on track
- Start your course on a scheduled date with other learners from your cohort
- Experience planned learning activities and assessment milestones over 22 weeks
- Network with your peers and attend live virtual classroom sessions
- Ideal if you enjoy learning with others and want to achieve your Diploma quickly.
On Demand
- The ultimate flexibility - allows you to start the Diploma at any time and complete the course at your own pace
- Engage with the learning activities at times to suit you and set your own timetable for the assessment
- Receive support from a tutor to guide you through the process
- Ideal for people who are unable to commit to 4 hours study per week and need the flexibility to manage their own time.
Yes. You’ll be supported by one of our tutors – all of whom are experienced digital learning professionals and facilitators. Your tutor will host your virtual classroom sessions and support and guide you on your projects.
Yes. Your work-based project gives you the chance to design and build end-to-end digital learning experiences in multiple formats. You’ll build a portfolio showcasing your digital learning design skills that you can use immediately in your business.
If you decide on the Live Online option, you’ll be networking and working with your peers throughout the Diploma. You’ll undertake group project work, join discussion forums and experience live virtual classrooms.
If you decide on the On Demand option, you’ll have access to the Digital Learning student community where you can network with our alumni.
After completing the course all learners have access to the Digital Learning Institute community platform.
