What is the CMgr MCMI status?

Chartered Manager is the most prestigious status that can be achieved in the managerial profession. 

Awarded only by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), it is recognised throughout the public and private sectors and across all management disciplines. 

What are the benefits of Chartered Manager status?

With Chartered Manager status, you will demonstrate that you are a HR leader. Achieving this professional status demonstrates your managerial ability within the Human Resources or Learning & Development field. Allowing you to progress in your career to the highest level. 

How do I achieve this?

You can achieve Chartered Manager status (Cmgr MCMI) in extension to your CIPD qualification. You will receive a CMI membership for 12 months by undertaking a small amount of additional hours in self-evaluation. 

The self-assessment questionnaire and supporting study materials can be completed in just 6-12 hours. 

Assessments for suitability are made by MOL Learn and all study materials will be provided.
