MEET EMILY
Emily is a seasoned HR professional and online learning expert with over 10 years of experience within various industries including media, healthcare, and education.
She has broad experience in businesses of all sizes and has led on many HR projects giving her real-world experience of highly complex ER issues, company redundancies and TUPE situations, Trade Union relations, staff recruitment, reward and training.
Since 2016, Emily has been at MOL, overseeing CIPD qualifications at Level 3, 5, 7 and the Strategic HR MSc top-up. Emily’s passion for her job can be summed in this comment:

An expert in change and project management, Emily ensures MOL’s qualifications remain relevant by staying at the forefront of HR advancements, including AI and its ethical applications for learners.
Beyond work, Emily volunteers as a Trustee at Citizens Advice, leading the People Committee, and previously served six years on the Carers Trust board. She also offers voluntary HR support to small not-for-profits.
