Course details

The MOL Masters Degree Top-up programme is delivered fully online over 30 weeks and divided into a weekly structure to help you achieve your goals. Activities and tutor touch-points are strategically placed to help keep you motivated and on track. We offer:

  • 10 live and highly interactive webinars at regular intervals
  • Unlimited access to webinar recordings so you can revisit topics
  • Structured tutorials when you need most support
  • Ongoing tutor support
  • Additional topic based pre-recorded webinars
  • Online activities on the VLE to build your research skills and knowledge.
  • Peer support through activities and webinars

You’ll cover two assessed assignments over the 30 week programme:

  • Research Proposal (3,000 words)
  • Dissertation (12,000 words)

The MSc in Strategic Human Resource Management and Development is accredited by the University of Salford.
