At MOL Learn, we recognise that a CIPD qualification is about becoming a leader, which is why we’ve worked closely with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) to allow learners to achieve the full L7 Diploma to gain Chartered Management status (CMgr MCMI) at the same time.

Everybody learns differently, therefore, our CIPD and HR courses give you the chance to learn in a way that’s best for you. You can decide whether you’d prefer to learn in a classroom, study Live Online and whether you’d like to upgrade your module by attending workshops at any time for a small fee.

We offer a range of CIPD Learning and Development (L&D) and Human Resources (HR) qualifications at three levels:
