We’re delighted to announce we’ve been awarded Feefo Platinum Trusted Service status; an independent award of excellence, rated by real customers, recognising businesses delivering exceptional customer experiences.
We achieved the Platinum Trusted Service standard after receiving the Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award for three consecutive years. This is a great reward for the continued hard work of everyone in MOL in providing the best possible service.
The Feefo Platinum accreditation is based purely on interactions with our learners. All reviews are verified as genuine so the accreditation is a true reflection of our commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
