MOL is delighted to be taking part in this year’s CIPD ACE and is looking forward to presenting our own free learning session entitled ‘How to engage your organisation in online learning‘ at 12:00 on Thursday 12 November.
Over both days of the conference there will be a number of free sessions open to the public as part of the Free Learning Programme. The sessions will be broken down into two streams ‘People and Skills’ and ‘Technology and Innovation’.
The Free Learning Programme could be the perfect opportunity for you to pick up new skills and plan for the future in a challenging environment for HR professionals.
We have picked out some of our favourite sessions for each day of the Free Learning Programme:
13:00-13:25: The people profession: now and for the future – CIPD
13:30-13:55: Building a resilient organisation: workforce wellbeing and productivity, beyond Covid – First Care
14:30-14:55: What skills will the people leader of tomorrow need? - Sage
12:00-12:25: How to engage your organisation in online learning – MOL
13:00-13:25 Fujitsu and CoachHub present: how to adapt your learning experiences to the new normal - CoachHub
15:30-15:55: Brexit and the workplace: are you ready to adapt? - CIPD
For delegates attending the conference, Emily Allen, MOL Product Manager, has given her views on the schedule for the conference and offered some of her own thoughts on which sessions she will be viewing.
