MOL to attend CIPD ACE conference

Representatives from MOL will be taking centre stage at the CIPD ACE conference on Wednesday 11 and Thursday 12 November.

As MOL embrace a revamped format for this year’s conference, our three Product Managers, Emily Allen, Paul Jager and Mike Spick will be delivering a seminar during the online event where they will deliver a presentation entitled ‘How To Engage your Organisation in Online Learning’.

The presentation comes at a particularly poignant time, as online learning and training becomes more of the norm across education and business as a whole.

Emily Allen, MOL Product Manager, said: “We are going to share with delegates how training online via webinars can be a really positive experience, and what we’ve learnt over the last few years. We will be giving insight into what works and what doesn’t based on our own experience, so delegates can make an informed decision about their own training requirements.”

The online event will be made up of the Conference Sessions and the Free Learning Programme, which will include MOL’s presentation as part of Day 2 of the People and Skills Stream.

2020’s ACE Conference is set to explore current key topics in the profession, this will take the form of three conference streams on 'Driving Responsible Business as the Outcome of the Crisis', 'Reskilling the People Profession and Investing in People Capability' and 'Committing to Championing Race and Diversity and Inclusion'.

Keynote addresses will be delivered by high profile public figures, including entrepreneur, activist and author Gina Miller, broadcaster, writer, campaigner and Head of Creative Diversity at the BBC June Sarpong and Mo Gawdat, Former Chief Business Officer at Google X.

MOL’s session on ‘How To Engage your Organisation in Online Learning’ will be shown at 12pm on Day 2 of the CIPD ACE Conference’s Free Learning programme.
