While the details of the event are not yet published, it is looking like it will be a great event for those looking to strike a balance between budgetary requirements and financial wellbeing of their employees. 

Last year, there was the CIPD Rewards & Benefits event, which shows that the CIPD knows how to tackle this topic in great detail. 

So while we’re waiting to hear who might be speaking and what the agenda will look like, we are confident it will be a great event nonetheless.
