Important change to Propertymark Qualifications exams

Propertymark Qualifications, a specialist awarding organisation offering qualifications in property and property related disciplines, has announced an important change to their exams, which all current and prospective learners need to know about.

What is changing?

From Sunday 17 March 2019 learners will no longer be able to book and sit four Propertymark Qualifications exams back-to-back, on the same day.

Propertymark Qualifications has announced the change in response to learner feedback; they have also analysed the results achieved by learners who have taken up the option in the past.

What else do learners need to know?

• Learners will still be able to sit two or three exams back-to-back on one day from 17 March 2019
• The change will only affect learners who have yet to book their Propertymark Qualifications exams
• Exams booked before 17 March 2019 and Level 4 qualifications are not affected by the change.
