Paul became an estate agent in 1985 after finishing his degree and later owned a successful estate agents in London for 14 years. You don’t need special qualifications to become a Property Agent. If you’ve got a small capital investment and a big idea, you can even open your own business. So why would you waste your time and money studying for something you don’t need?
