James sees his award as a differentiator for his own and his company’s services in the marketplace. James said of achieving his NFoPP Level 4 Certificate in Sale of Residential Property: “It helps boost both my profile and the profile of the office in a competitive market place. I hope it gives me the edge over our competitors.”
The driving force for James completing an NFoPP qualification using MOL materials was to provide a better service for his clients.
I found the course really useful. It was good to remind myself of some of the things I already knew, and it’s always great to keep on top of best practice.
