MOL launches new CIPD Foundation and Intermediate qualifications

MOL are offering new Level 3 Foundation and Level 5 Intermediate CIPD qualifications starting in autumn 2013.

New flexible CIPD programmes

This autumn, we’re launching new versions of the:

CIPD Foundation Certificate in Human Resources (HR) Practice
CIPD Foundation Certificate in Learning and Development (L&D) Practice.
They’re designed for people who’ve just started out in their careers and are aiming for the CIPD’s Associate grade of professional membership. We’re also offering a Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in Human Resources Management. This is aimed at professionals who want to learn more about the theory and research informing contemporary HR practice.

Our programmes are truly unique. We’ve designed them in consultation with HR professionals to reflect the changes facing HR and L&D today. At Level 3 you’ll start by creating your own personal development plan and getting to grips with the role of HR. Depending on whether you specialise in HR or L&D, our additional units will introduce you to topics such as:

change within organisations
resourcing talent
learning needs analysis
evaluating L&D activities.

On our Level 5 programme, you’ll build on your operational HR knowledge. You’ll look at the contribution of HR in the context of business, as well as the hot topic of employee engagement. You’ll explore how strategies are developed and put into practice and learn how to deliver clear, business-focused reports on HR issues.

Our prices are incredibly competitive. The Foundation Certificates are priced at £2,750 and our Intermediate Certificate is just £2,850 including all materials, workshops, assessments, our VLE and support. We don’t charge VAT either.

Will I find time to study?

We’re running our programmes in Manchester, London and more locations around the UK, so you can attend workshops close to home. They’re delivered in bite-size chunks so you’ll be able to study flexibly in your own time, at home or on the go.
