New property programmes for 2014

2014 marks our 30th birthday and to celebrate we’re launching a number of new programmes.
The first of these are designed specifically for property professionals. Working in partnership with the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFoPP), we have developed two new qualifications specifically for property professionals working in lettings agencies:
Level 2 Award in Introduction to Residential Letting and Property Management
This programme is an introduction to the industry and leads to a level 2 qualification. It introduces many of the fundamental elements of being a residential letting and property agent, including the critical customer care element of this role.
Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Inventory Management and Practice
This workbook is essential for landlords and lettings agents alike, focusing on the condition of a property and items within it prior to letting it. This qualification considers the design and creation of an inventory, to meet both landlord and tenant obligations.
