New CIPD Courses from MOL - Designed with you in mind

This year sees the CIPD introduce their new Foundation Certificate, Associate Diploma and Advanced Diploma qualifications. Each qualification is aligned with the new CIPD Profession Map, drawing on the cumulative insight of 19,000 experts. These insights combined with real-life scenarios support you in developing your knowledge and skills and prepare you to make a real impact in your workplace and on your career development.

Our expert HR team at MOL has designed and developed new and innovative course material and a new On Demand study mode. Building on our successful Live Online and Classroom study modes, our new On Demand option means you get to learn at your own pace, with great flexibility to fit around your work and home life.

The new CIPD Qualifications enable learners to study the following courses and receive the relevant CIPD Foundation, Associate or Chartered membership upon completion:

• CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice (Level 3)
• CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management (Level 5)
• CIPD Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development Level 5)
• CIPD Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management (Level 7)
• CIPD Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning and Development (Level 7)

The current CIPD qualifications will run alongside the new CIPD study programmes until summer 2023, when the current qualifications will come to an end. All learners who are studying on the existing CIPD qualifications will be able to continue and complete their current study programme.
