Levels of CIPD qualifications:

New CIPD qualifications at MOL

Our expert team at MOL has designed and developed new and innovative course material and a new On Demand study mode.

Building on the success of our ‘Live Online’ and ‘Classroom’ study modes, the new ‘On Demand’ mode  offers the ultimate flexibility, allowing you to learn at your own pace while balancing work and home life.

Our updated CIPD Qualifications give learners the opportunity to achieve CIPD Foundation, Associate, or Chartered membership upon completion:

• CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice (Level 3)
• CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management (Level 5)
• CIPD Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development (Level 5)
• CIPD Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management (Level 7)

Transitioning to new CIPD qualifications

Existing CIPD qualifications will run alongside our new CIPD study programmes until the summer of 2023, when they will be phased out.

This transition period ensures that you have ample time to finish your current programme while considering the new and enhanced qualifications we offer.
