MOL launches online Chartered Management Institute courses to improve flexibility for learners

MOL is now offering Level 3 and Level 5 Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Live Online courses, allowing managers to develop their skillset in an environment more accessible and convenient than ever before.

The CMI Live Online courses are a new version of classroom-based equivalents and have been developed by MOL as a direct response to feedback from managers and learning and development professionals.

Live Online gives learners the opportunity to attend live interactive webinars but with all our sessions being recorded learners are able to catch up and watch these recordings on demand giving them the flexibility to fit study around work and lifestyle commitments. James Dean, commercial director at MOL, said: “Our learners have diverse requirements for how they build learning into their work schedule and we wanted to make these high quality courses and qualifications available to everyone in a way that suits them.

Our CMI Live Online programmes are every bit as effective at supporting managers to develop their skills and have the added benefit of shorter, frequent sessions which help to keep people on track and embed the learning.

CMI qualifications are highly regarded by employers and a great way to become a better manager and leader, as well as boosting career prospects and the likelihood of increasing average earnings.

The CMI named MOL as one of their strategic partners in November 2017, strengthening a relationship the two organisations have worked closely to develop over the past four years.

The Level 3 CMI course covers a range of essential topics such as stakeholder relations, project delivery, budget management and more. Learners on the Level 5 CMI course study topics including change management, reflective practice, team development and more.
