MOL Graduation 2017
Having invested time and hard work to achieve their qualifications, graduation is a unique occasion and landmark in our learners’ careers and the final validation of their success. The Bridgewater Hall is one of Manchester’s most renowned performance venues, providing a memorable auditorium and stage for our learners to personally receive recognition from their graduate peers and tutors. 2017 has been a fabulous year for all our learners and the whole team at MOL wish them every success with their future.
Microlearning: The key to effective learning
Typically, microlearning sessions are short and capitalise on the limited attention spans of learners. By delivering learning sessions in small chunks, microlearning allows for learners to quickly absorb complex concepts. Learners can later apply any new information to real-life work scenarios.
Our Learners Record 99.5% Pass Rate on CIPD Course
Our latest results show that we’re delivering just that, with assessment pass rates of 99% for learners studying Level 3 and Level 5 CIPD qualifications, and a perfect 100% for our Level 7 learners. It adds up to an impressive 99.5% pass rate overall.
