How long is a leadership and management course? 

Course duration can vary depending on your chosen route and delivery method. On average: 

  • Level 3/5 Award takes 1-4 months 

  • Level 3/5 Certificate takes 4-6 months 

  • Level 3/5 Diploma takes 12–18 months.
