Returning to study with MOL

Stacey was very academic until she reached her teens. Starting to mix with a different crowd and prioritising her social life over studies resulted in her leaving school with only 3 GCSEs and without an understanding of higher education opportunities.

Starting in administration roles, Stacey learnt about the HR profession and discovered a passion for people and business. She eventually became People Manager at an advertising agency.

Stacey found MOL’s blended learning approach and expert tuition gave her the skills to implement business change.

Following almost a decade outside of a learning environment, MOL’s programme was ideally suited to Stacey. Learning alongside other practitioners in an interactive environment complemented the home-study, resulting in a stimulating course that enables learners to maximise the use of their time.

After years of working in HR, I decided to personally invest in my own training. After speaking to a number of different training bodies, I found MOL the most helpful. The team at MOL were always available to talk on the phone, and gave me more information on training options and plans. I completely understood what I was signing up for, what was expected of me as a student, and how I would learn over the course of the next 9 months.
