Propertymark Qualifications is the new name for NFoPP Awarding Body. To enhance engagement with the public and better meet the needs of the property profession, the National Federation of Property Professionals Awarding Body has rebranded. It is now known as Propertymark Qualifications. Nothing else has altered – they are the UK’s specialist awarding organisation offering industry recognised and regulated qualifications in property. The learning content, quality assurance and assessment of the qualifications and other services also remain unchanged.

MOL mock exams are marked immediately and automatically on the VLE. Where an incorrect answer has been given, the correct answer will be provided and an explanation given. This will help you identify any areas of weakness and focus on these before you sit the final Propertymark exams.
You’ll receive full instructions with your mock assessment, including timescales.
There are two sets of mock papers and each can be submitted twice for ‘marking’. It’s advisable to delay taking your mock assessment until your studies are well progressed, and you are ready to receive guidance on any areas of weakness, before taking the final exam.
MOL is responsible for providing the study material for the Propertymark qualifications. Candidates wishing to take any of the Propertymark qualifications will need to register with Propertymark first It’s best that you register just before you want to take your first exam.
